Guest Conductor: Dr. Jim Henry Bass of the Gas House Gang 1993 International Champion Quartet and Director of the Gold Medal and Silver Medal Chorus The Ambassadors of Harmony.
Host Conductor: Dr. Ben Ayling Bass from The Ritz, 1991 International Champion Quartet, and Conductor of KSU's Men's Chorus
This year's KSU All-Ohio Men's Chorus Day features:
-30 spots for high school quartets (on a first-come, first-served by paid reservation).
-Quartets must consist of one of each voice part (either assembled for this event, or an already
-The cost per quartet is $50 (includes dinner, music, and learning CD)
-There must be an adult chaperone present during the event from each represented school.
-Music and a learning CD will be provided to each quartet member well in advance of the event,
-Each participant must be able to sing his music without
mistakes upon arrival at KSU. Sectionals will be led by members of Crossroads,
and will be about how to most artistically sing your part and not "what are your
notes and words", thus allowing everyone to have a truly musical experience.
-The day-long event has scheduled events from 8:30 am until 9:30 pm. (See form for complete schedule)
